Our fees are based on a combination of rounded square-footage and hourly rates. All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice, dependent upon certain variables.*1

Other Great Services Offered!
We offer other services to clients for "service fees". These services include, but are not limited to Laundry Service, Pet Care, Short Grocery List Pick-up, Rx Pick-up, and Odd Jobs. Below is a list of fees incurred from having us do such tasks.

Prices/Details$7.00 - 10.00 per load (minimum based on load size, wash/dry/hang or fold) while performing other tasks scheduled*2
$12.00 per hour (minimum), laundry only (if no other tasks are needed, I will stay at your house and wait/watch loads; price subject to the time it takes laundry machines to work, plus time to switch loads/hang & fold laundry). Save $2 per hour if 2 or more other tasks are scheduled. $1.50 per animal feeding (plus service charge, unless other tasks scheduled, all animals included) $5.00 per small animal/rodents cage cleaning (rats are $8.00/cage) $20.00 per hour, dog walking (well-trained, friendly dogs only) $5.00 per kitty litter box (scoop and bag/vacuum around if needed) $10.00 per kitty litter box (cleaned and refilled, vacuum around) $8.00 per brown bag full of groceries $5.00 per pick-up, all Rx's included at ONE pharmacy $20.00 per hour (minimum) of any light yard work (includes pulling weeds around plants, picking up stray sticks in your yard, or moving light items around yard) $20.00 per hour (minimum) raking leaves in fall (also includes leaf blowing, if you provide equipment) $10.00 minimum for cleaning/organizing under sinks*3 $10.00 minimum for carpet cleaning, carpet cleaner rental at your expense (will clean each room for at least 30 minutes, depending on size) $45 per day for house sitting, 8 hours max (8:30-4:30, no over-night stays, will return each day) |
Other Odd Jobs are subject to availability, and a minimum of a $20.00 convenience fee is charged on ALL services under $20 listed on this site. For example, you must be charged at least a $20.00 service charge to receive a $1.50 animal feeding, or any other service. We can not make a trip to feed one animal unless you have other services scheduled, except for in emergencies, because we LOVE our animals. <3
Emergency Animal Feeding available for a fee based on where you live. Call 708-267-6583 for this service.*4
FINE PRINT:
*1 - Variables include but are not limited to: Prices of materials used including cleaning supplies, fuel costs at time of services rendered, condition of places in the home being cleaned which are subject to my own discretion and possible fees added for abnormal work scenarios, extra time needed to do such tasks, or extra tasks added after estimate. In other words, other fees may be added to the estimate cost at my own discretion. Please understand that I am only one person, and under reasonable circumstance will I be able to stay extra time or do extra work for more money. This is true for most cleaning services rendered by individual contracted workers from any company. Please be reasonable with your requests, as this is why scheduling is done. If other services are needed, please make reasonable attempt to let me know 24 - 48 hours ahead of time so I can work out the scheduling with other clients. Thank you!
*2 - Most laundry will be hung on hangers slightly damp (most items will be treated as delicate as I do my own clothing) and some other laundry (including towels, sheets and blankets, and some jeans depending on the request of customer) will be folded dry and left on top of dryer or in specified baskets.
*3 - WILL NOT work around mold. If you have mold, seek professional mold removal services at least 3 months prior to receiving cleaning services from Quinn's.
*4 - Emergency animal feedings are for previous clients only, who have paid for this type of service in the past -- I will have already met your pet and will know what I am to expect in terms of pet personality/friendliness.
