Q: Is Quinn's Bonded and Insured?
A: Yes! We have insurance with *** and we are also bonded. You don't have to worry about a thing when we come and clean!
Q: What area does Quinn's serve?
A: Quinn's performs services for the surrounding area of North Glendale, including Sun City, Peoria and parts of Surprise. Please contact us if you want to know if we service your area.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. There are no contracts. You can utilize Quinn's services as much or as little as you need to.
Q: Does Quinn's provide their own cleaning supplies?
A: Yes, we use our own supplies and equipment at no additional cost to you (void on certain calls like Carpet Cleaning and Odd Jobs).
Q: Does Quinn's run errands to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc?
A: Yes, Quinn's will run light errands to grocery stores, pick up prescriptions, etc. for a nominal service fee.
Q: Does Quinn's do light chores?
A: Yes, we will do laundry as well as pet care (walking, litter box/cage cleanings, as well as feedings) for dogs, cats, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters and most "friendly" pets. In other words, we will not put ourselves or our clients in a risky situation with certain large animals.
Q: Does Quinn's do Odd Jobs?
A: Yes! There are too many to list here, so check out our Fees page to get an idea of what other great services we can perform!
Q: What kind of payment does Quinn's accept?
A: We accept cash from most clients, and business checks or cash from businesses. All services are written on an invoice for taxation purposes.

Q: When should I expect to pay for the services I have received?
A: All payments must be made by the end of the Specialists' visits. No exceptions are made!
Q: Can Quinn's make last minute calls?
A: In order to keep our customers satisfied, we will limit the amount of last minute calls we can make, based on availability and scheduling confliction. We will do our best to accommodate you!
